Carnival Cartoons has released their first independantly produced vinyl toy based off of their animated property the "Carneys". Buzz, the tattooed strongman is limited to 250 pcs.

Each toy comes complete with fancy schmancy box & certificate of authenticity signed by both artists & sculptor.
